Returns & Exchange Policy
At Glimore Cosmetics, your satisfaction with our Made in Italy skincare products is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our formulations.
1. General Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@glimorecosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- Unopened Items: You may return any unopened, unused item in its original, sealed packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all customers, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Products that have been opened or used (even partially).
- Intimate care products.
- Gift cards.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotion (Final Sale items).
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Please email us at info@glimorecosmetics.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product, especially if it is damaged.
- Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. International Returns (UAE & Lebanon)
Customers shipping back from the UAE and Lebanon are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the Glimore cosmetics store. Please ensure your package is clearly marked to avoid customs delays.
