1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed through https://glimorecosmetics.com/ are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer shipping across the Middle East, with specialized services for the UAE and Lebanon:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE):
    • Delivery Time: 2 business days.
    • Cost: Free shipping is offered on all orders above 150 AED.
  • Lebanon:
    • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.
    • Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. We strive to provide the most competitive rates for our Glimore beauty products.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Glimore Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We strive to ensure transparent pricing for our international customers.

5. Damages and Issues

If you received your skincare products damaged, please contact us immediately at info@glimorecosmetics.com. We will require photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement for you.
